DIFFERENT RESULTS, NEED DIFFERENT METHODS

“Little I say is original, I have learned almost everything from watching or taking from others,” Marcelo Bielsa, Leeds United Football Manager

You have that opportunity, to learn a wealth knowledge during this lockdown. Sure you could binge streaming services, but that would not inspire or motivate your players when practices resume.

Not taking steps to learn new coaching methods, you will most likely experience the same player behaviors – don’t listen, not focused, and not engaged.

FIGURED OUT, WHAT NEXT?

When a player starts knowing what you will be coaching next, then they have you figured out, you need to recharge.

My players were not excited, found practice boring and were excited when game came around.

YOUTH SOCCER – RESET
